  • Work Location:

    10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209

  • Pay:

    $17.00 per hour

  • Start Date:

    Mid-May with positions availablethrough the summer season

  • Seasonal:

    This position is availablefrom Late May to the Beginning of October, aligning with our winterski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporaryemployment tied to specific times of the year

Schedule:

Mayrequire working early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:
  • Build positive interdepartmentalrelationships
  • Supervise food preparation and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement menu items
  • Plan and manage special eventswith F&B leadership
  • Train and lead kitchen employees
  • Ensurefood quality, cost control, and adherence to safety regulations
  • Respond to guest feedback and maintain resources
  • Oversee kitchenoperations and compliance
  • Promote environmental awareness
  • Perform other duties as needed
Education:
  • High School Diploma orGED Preferred Experience:
  • 2 years in a similar role
  • Experiencein kitchen supervision and staff development
  • Knowledge of foodcost management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Accountable, resilient, and customer-focused
  • Ability to workunder pressure
  • Food hygiene qualification
  • Flexible andadaptable
  • Proficient knife handling skills
