What You’ll Do:

As a Station Chef, you’ll play a hands-on role in crafting elevated dishes that meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and quality. You’ll own your station from prep to plating, contribute to a smooth kitchen flow, and help deliver unforgettable dining moments to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep & Execution
• Cook and plate menu items with precision and consistency
• Station Management
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized workstation
• Quality Control
• Monitor food freshness, portioning, and presentation
• Sanitation & Safety
• Follow all health and safety protocols
• Teamwork
• Communicate and coordinate with fellow cooks and front-of-house staff
• Inventory Support
• Assist with daily stock checks and restocking

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Line or Station Cook in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen
• Excellent knife skills and familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, recipes, and plating standards
• Calm under pressure with a sharp eye for detail
• Positive, team-first attitude and strong communication skills
