Sushi Bar is an 24 seat restaurant with open kitchen, located in Charleston, South Carolina. 167 Sushi Bar’s menu is seafood driven with traditional Japanese cuisine and techniques, with a rotating specials board based on fresh fish and seasonal produce. 167 Sushi Bar receives high quality seafood and the best ingredients. Working with whole fish that is butchered in house, offers the freshest product for the sushi bar.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our chefs provide skills and expertise in the sushi field, previous experience as a sushi chef is required. The sushi station is conducted by 2 team members creating nigiri, sashimi, and maki. This is a 24 seat restaurant, in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. 167 Sushi Bar is open for Lunch & Dinner Monday – Saturday, closed Sundays Full availability is required. Closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. This position will be a full time hourly plus gratuity. Expected annual gross earnings $65,000 – $70,000.

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
