The menu is seafood driven with traditional Japanese cuisine and techniques, with a rotating specials board based on fresh fish and seasonal produce. 167 Sushi Bar is seeking a full time sushi chef The sushi station is conducted by 2 team members working on nigiri, sashimi, and maki. The hot kitchen will be in small teams, with team members working grill, fry, and saut

167 Sushi Bar receives high quality seafood and the best ingredients. Working with whole fish that is butchered in house, offers the freshest product for the sushi bar. 167 Sushi Bar is open from 12pm for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday, located at 289 East Bay Street, Downtown Charleston. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. This position will be a full time hourly position as a sushi roller, expected annual gross earnings $60,000

Requirements:

2 years, minimum of sushi experience Full availability and flexible schedule Work 40
