Description
Must be able to work nights, weekends and major holidays as required.
Manage daily kitchen operations under the supervision of Executive Chef
Monitor and assist in daily kitchen cleaning and organization
Assist Executive Chef in menu planning, preparation, product utilization and cost analysis
Maintain complete knowledge of proper use of equipment properly, preventive maintains and safely.
Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety,
Uphold all SRH and F&N procedures, policies and Self Standards by creating a welcoming, positive, cohesive work environment.
Ability to adhere to recipes, portion control, plating standards and garnish.
Must work well with others and uphold professional conduct. Must coach and mentor team members.
Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and at peak mealtimes, good time management and communication skills.
Must be Serv Safe Certified, Culinary Arts degree preferred or 5 years of food service supervisory experience and high-volume production cooking.
