The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management and a deep understanding of food safety standards. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation, and creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage inventory effectively while maintaining a creative and innovative menu. Responsibilities Lead and manage the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and high-quality food production. Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to diverse customer preferences. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to maintain budgetary guidelines. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen. Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and promote teamwork. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during banquets and special events. Monitor food presentation and quality to ensure consistency with established standards.
