Duties include but are not limited to: Assist with designing and implementing innovative menus across multiple outlets that align with current culinary trends, seasonal availability, brand identity, and guest preferences. Ensure consistency and quality by providing on-site culinary leadership and operational support at various outlets as needed. Conduct training and development programs for Chefs and kitchen teams to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety. Lead special projects focused on elevating guest experience, operational efficiency, and culinary innovation. Monitor food quality, safety, and presentation across all properties to ensure strict compliance with brand and regulatory standards. Assist with budgeting, food cost control, and labor management to achieve financial performance targets. Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality ingredients, maintain consistency, and negotiate favorable pricing and terms. Ensure full compliance with food safety protocols (e.g., HACCP), health codes, and sanitation regulations across all culinary operations. Develop and standardize recipes and kitchen SOPs to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the company. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging culinary techniques to keep offerings innovative and competitive. Support recruitment and retention efforts by helping to identify, interview, and mentor top culinary talent across the organization. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Formal culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience in professional kitchens Proven track record of leading and motivating diverse culinary teams Flexibility to travel between locations and adapt to different kitchen environments Strong background in creative menu development and innovative dish presentation Experience overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including support for special events Effective leadership and team-building skills, with a collaborative mindset Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, inventory control, and cost efficiency; proficiency with common office software Skilled in identifying and resolving operational challenges, with a focus on proactive guest service Deep commitment to culinary excellence and delivering memorable dining experiences Clear and professional communication skills across all levels of staff and guest interactions
