Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to prevent shortages. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Coordinate catering services for special events, ensuring all dietary needs are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with the hospitality team to enhance guest satisfaction through exceptional food offerings. Experience Proven experience in a chef role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knowledge of food service operations, including inventory management and menu planning. Experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff is essential.
