Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients while managing inventory effectively. Monitor food quality and consistency throughout the cooking process to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment. Implement cost-control measures while maintaining quality standards in food production. Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management and culinary roles within the food industry. Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices, including food safety regulations. Proficient in menu planning and food preparation techniques. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams. Creative mindset with a passion for culinary arts and innovation in cooking methods.
