We’re Hiring:

Head Chef Rock Hill, SC | Full-Time | Immediate Start Eleven11 Restaurant & Bar is looking for a skilled and motivated Head Chef to lead our back-of-house team and help bring bold, flavorful dishes to life. If you’re passionate about food, serious about kitchen operations, and ready to lead with creativity and consistency — we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Lead kitchen operations and back-of-house staff Create & execute seasonal features and signature dishes Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation Manage inventory, food cost, and kitchen organization Train and develop team members Uphold DHEC and food safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in a full-service kitchen leadership role Experience with ordering, prep systems, and labor management Strong leadership and communication skills Culinary creativity and attention to detail ServSafe Certification (or willing to obtain)
