The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards. Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control to minimize waste. Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring food safety practices are upheld. Contribute to menu development by providing input on seasonal ingredients and dish ideas. Help train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
