Responsibilities:

Coordinate all outlet food preparation, including processes, portioning, and garnishing, and ensure that all meals and dishes are presented elegantly Review and track team member performance objectives, as well as offer guidance and assistance to support and promote an efficient kitchen Combine diverse ingredients in a unique way to create new and distinctive menu items and specials Establish a collaborative environment for kitchen workers by educating recruits and hiring personnel who fit the corporate culture Make decisions for daily culinary operations, including exceeding guest expectations and increasing revenue and profit

Qualifications:
