We pride ourselves on high-quality, locally sourced food that pairs perfectly with our innovative beers. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. You’ll work closely with our Chef de Cuisine to execute a menu that reflects the creativity, quality, and passion behind everything we serve. If you’re a team player with a strong work ethic, culinary skills, and the drive to grow within a fast-paced environment—we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standards, following recipes and plating guidelines. Work collaboratively with the Chef de Cuisine and fellow cooks to ensure consistent food quality and efficient kitchen operations. Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and tools. Maintain proper cooking procedures for a variety of stations (grill, sauté, fryer, prep, etc.). Ensure timely delivery of dishes and accurate order fulfillment during service. Assist with training and supporting junior kitchen staff as needed. Uphold sanitation standards and comply with food safety regulations at all times. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and work areas. Contribute to a positive kitchen culture with professionalism, respect, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a Chef de Partie or Line Cook role. Strong foundation in kitchen techniques, knife handling, and station management. Excellent time management and the ability to multitask under pressure. Food Safety Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) preferred. Experience using food ticketing systems ( Toast POS experience a plus). Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about food and hospitality. Able to take direction and contribute ideas in a team-oriented kitchen. Willingness to learn, grow, and evolve with a rapidly expanding culinary program.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift. Must be able to lift/move up to 30 lbs (with assistance when needed). Regular bending, reaching, climbing, and repetitive motions required. Comfortable working in a high-temperature kitchen environment.
