Job description etch restaurants, by Chef Deb Paquette, are hiring Full-Time Pastry Cooks to join our family of restaurants. Opportunities are available at our Downtown and Franklin (opening soon!) locations. You must have at least two years recent pastry cook or bakery experience and have the ability to perform complex recipes in a fast paced environment. Weekday and weekend morning availability is a must. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills: Prepare pastry/bread items according to recipes with accuracy and consistency
Previous bakery/pastry cook experience in a fast paced kitchen environment
Comfortable standing for long periods of time
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and follow direction
