Sous Chef Harrison’s Restaurant 25 Main Street, Stowe, VT 05672 Harrison’s Restaurant in Stowe is looking to add a Sous Chef to the kitchen team. Position requires Sous Chef to work directly with Head Chef and on daily operations in the kitchen including but not limited to: menu development, short and long term food preperation, nightly specials and soups, assisting with ordering and kitchen staff management, nightly cleaning and supervision of staff cleaning. Working nightly on the line with Head Chef. Experience on saute and grill is required for this position. Harrison’s is a small, family-owned restaurant in our 22nd year. We are looking for the right person to come in a work with our Head Chef on the duties listed above. We are a small staff (under 15 total employees) so a team-oriented individual who works well with others and enjoys working in a kitchen with a small staff is a must! We were recently voted best Restaurant and best date night spot in Stowe by a Stowe Reporter reader pole. An emphasis is placed on using local ingredients cooking food the right way.
