As Front Desk and Wellness Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our mission with every client interaction. This role will work in conjunction with spa teammates to deliver world class experiences. The ideal candidate is an individual with CNA, Medical Assistant, EMT, front desk or sales experience. Candidate must possess tremendous multi-tasking skills and be very flexible. Outstanding organization and computer skills are a must. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide a positive experience for clients and teammates through effective front desk operations, customer service, teamwork, and clinic upkeep/cleanliness. Ability to discuss IV treatments, injections, additives and membership packages with clients. Print and review client wellness plans upon arrival and share edits with RN teammates to ensure we are meeting their goals and needs Contact prospect leads to book services, and follow-ups on services via phone, text etc. Promote the company’s products/services addressing the needs of the client Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Collecting payments and balancing daily Our clients are interested in anti-aging, health support, physical recovery, improving energy, and overall wellness. The right candidates will be confident, outgoing, positive, and have a philosophy reflective of the client centered service that we deliver. This is a spa environment, and job candidates must be willing to ensure client’s comfort and relaxation throughout the treatment process. Job Specifications Minimum Reliable transportation to/from the spa and local areas for offsite events. Skills and Abilities Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to prioritize assignments and projects in an efficient and timely manner. Ability to keep calm and focused under stressful situations including customer facing, medical emergencies, and product/staff shortages. Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs. Experience with various online software tools for booking, payments, etc. High energy with great history and expectations of success without a fear of failure Ability to calmly and rationally communicate and handle disgruntled client complaints.

Experience:

Customer service: Medical/Wellness setting: 1 year (Preferred)
