We are looking for an individual who understands the value of excellent customer service and how to deliver it. This position will provide daily oversight of soft services, including site tours, conference reservations, food service vendors, fitness center equipment and policies, and communication of client security procedures. The candidate is expected to present a pleasant and professional impression while on site, being highly organized, dedicated, and able to manage a variety of duties simultaneously. Sets an exemplary, helpful, friendly service standard. Serves as an informational resource for the building. Order office supplies as instructed for Receptionist team. Manage Fitness Center waivers and access. Coordinate and manage food service vendors and daily lunch delivery. Assist Conference Services Manager with large-scale meetings, providing support with guest pre-registration, badging, and catering when needed. Acts as primary driver of tour van for customer facility tours throughout the Huntsville portfolio which are scheduled with client business group. Manage team of Receptionists, to include site coverage schedules, job performance, training and coaching on policies, procedures, programs, and standards of excellence. Conduct staff meetings with team members on a regular basis. Provide and arrange back-up coverage for the Receptionist team as needed. Create and manage security briefing appointments for the security team in the Visitor Management system. Includes creating appointments, sending appointment invitations to contractors, screening contractor registration information, and approving/denying contractor badge photos. Work with the onsite Facility Management team to create and manage contractor security badge expirations and extensions. Special projects as assigned. Working hours for this position is 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, M-F with flexibility to work overtime when needed. All other duties and tasks assigned.

Education/Experience:
