This person will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, booking moves, and conducting on-site or virtual surveys to assess customers’ moving needs. The ideal candidate is personable, well-organized, confident, and thrives in a customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and follow up with leads from the website, referrals, or marketing campaigns. Schedule and conduct on-site or virtual surveys to evaluate moving requirements and logistics. Educate customers on our services, pricing, and what to expect on move day. Prepare and send accurate estimates and job confirmations. Maintain excellent records in our CRM system. Coordinate with our dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling. Provide personalized, top-tier customer service from first contact to post-move follow-up.

Qualifications:

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for in-home surveys). High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or communication is a bonus.
