As a Travel Concierge, you will be responsible for planning and organizing customized travel experiences, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and special requests. You will act as the primary point of contact, providing high-touch customer service from the initial inquiry through the completion of the trip. Ensuring that clients feel valued and well taken care of is essential to our company’s commitment to excellence. Problem-solving is a key component of this role, as travel plans often require last-minute adjustments. Whether handling a flight delay, securing alternative accommodations, or resolving unexpected cancellations, the Travel Concierge must be able to think quickly, remain calm under pressure, and provide effective solutions. Time management and organization are crucial for success in this position. You will be managing multiple clients, tracking reservations, maintaining itineraries, and coordinating with various travel providers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of travel planning, including booking flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and vacation packages. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is also necessary for maintaining records, updating travel documents, and organizing client information.
Job Requirements:
Although not required, multilingual skills are a plus. The ability to communicate in multiple languages will allow for better client service, particularly when assisting international travelers or working with foreign vendors. Candidates with fluency in additional languages will have a competitive edge in serving diverse clientele. Applicants should have at least two to three years of experience in the travel, hospitality, or customer service industries.
