Client Experience Concierge What will the Client Experience Concierge Do? Are you a people person? WHZ Strategic Wealth Advisors is looking to hire a Client Experience Concierge that takes a ‘tailored’ approach to delivering the most memorable client experiences. Responsibilities & Competencies

    Client Experience:

    You’ll create a memorable client experience for current and potential clients, while greeting clients and handling their immediate needs. Help prepare for client meetings by setting up the conference room or Advisor’s offices and use internal systems to inform the best client experience, every time. Possess a positive attitude regardless of client demands or requests. Collaborate with team members to ensure an amazing client experience.

      Client Service:

      Provide ongoing support to internal team collaborators. Learn and consistently execute onboarding and service processes. Answer phones, Emails and texts in a professional and courteous manner and triage client requests to the appropriate team members accurately. Assist with other duties to support Client Services Team as needed.

        Office Management:

        Ensure office is clean and well-supplied to exceed client expectations. Accept deliveries and incoming correspondence. Collaborates with Administrative and Client Experience Lead to assist with Partners’ needs. You could be a great fit if you have:

        • Experience in the hospitality industry or service-related experience where you went above and beyond for clients
        • High attention to detail
        • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
        • Experience using Outlook and the MS Office Suite of applications
        • Excellent written and oral communications skills
        • Must possess the ability to work effectively with business personnel at all levels as well as with outside partners
        • Self-starter and team player are a must
        • The ability to adapt to rapid change to support and use future technology
        • Ability to work well under pressure
        • Desire to career path and accelerate growth in Wealth Management space Required knowledge/skills/competencies
        • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) – will consider other higher education options
        • Highly interpersonal and collaborative
        • Outgoing personality
        • Highly technical and proven success across technology platforms
        • Strong entrepreneurial background and upward mobility interest
        • Previous high-level client experience, preferred
        • Strong work ethic
        • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment
        • Sufficient patience to do repetitive work correctly
        • Desire to learn and understand industry (investment vehicles, planning strategies, technical jargon, etc.

        $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
