Rooms Division Supervisor The Interlaken Inn 74 Interlaken Road, Lakeville, CT 06039 Job Summary The Interlaken Inn is a 90-room resort, conference center, and wedding venue in Connecticut. We are on 30 acres of beautiful land in between two gorgeous lakes. We are seeking exceptional people to join our team and help our guests have the best experience possible. The front desk is the hub of our property so the right candidates need to have excellent customer service, phone skills, computer skills, and lots of enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

Managing the rates, packaging, and yield of the property Greeting & directing guests as they enter the hotel Answering the phone & creating reservations Checking guests in and out Reception work including organizing files, answering emails, etc. Keeping the desk area tidy and presentable at all times Actively promoting all of the offerings at the Interlaken Follow procedures & communicate with other team members

Phone & computer skills Time management skills Ability to multi-task efficiently during high volume check-ins & check-outs Oriented in sales & marketing to help sell the property & make reservations with ease Friendly and positive demeanor

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Holidays Overnight shift
