Embraer STS Technical Services is hiring an Operations Support Concierge to join the Embraer team in Melbourne, Florida. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role focused on supporting the day-to-day operations of Embraer’s Customer Center, ensuring a polished and professional experience for visitors, senior leaders, and internal stakeholders. Position Overview As an Operations Support Concierge, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the Customer Center’s physical spaces, organizing inventory and supplies, and assisting with on-site logistics for events and customer activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, a polished presentation, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Maintain the organization and cleanliness of Customer Center buildings and storage areas Assist with stocking, unloading, and organizing supplies and event materials Help customers load luggage and cargo onto aircraft as needed Provide logistical support for on-site activities, meetings, and customer events Interact professionally with Embraer customers, executives, and senior leaders Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly for local transport tasks Support internal teams with operational requests as needed Required Qualifications Minimum 6 years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license (per company policy) Clean and safe driving record (records will be reviewed) Ability to lift and move 50-60 lbs above waist height Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in logistics or inventory management is a plus Professional demeanor and personal presentation required Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to interact with VIPs and guests About STS Technical Services STS Technical Services is a Top 100 Staffing Firm that partners with leading companies across the aerospace, aviation, defense, and manufacturing industries.
