Job Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Concierge / Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role involves delivering luxury vehicles to clients, ensuring a seamless handoff, and representing the LCC brand with excellence. You’ll play a key role in the client experience and have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and pick up luxury vehicles from clients in a timely, professional manner Walk clients through vehicle features and answer any questions Conduct pre- and post-delivery inspections for cleanliness and condition Communicate with operations team to coordinate logistics Represent Luxury Car Club at the highest level during every client interaction Ensure a smooth, memorable experience from start to finish Track and report client feedback to help improve service

Requirements:

Clean driving record Professional appearance and communication Dependable and punctual Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Familiarity with high-end/luxury vehicles a plus Strong customer service skills Must be at least 21 years old
