Friday – Sunday from 1:00am to 9:00am

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the parking lots of luxury residential properties. Verify the identity of residents and ensure that only their vehicles are allowed entry. Enforce strict policies regarding guest parking and adhere to established protocols for visitor registration. Maintain a vigilant presence at the gate and promptly identify and address any unauthorized access attempts or security concerns. Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and contractors by promptly greeting and assisting them with their inquiries or concerns. Keep accurate records of vehicles entering and exiting the property, documenting any relevant details such as license plate numbers, visitor information, or incidents. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, promptly reporting any suspicious activities or security breaches. Collaborate with property management and security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents. Stay updated on property rules, regulations, and emergency procedures to provide accurate information to residents and visitors. Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established protocols and assisting with any necessary evacuation or emergency services coordination.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a security-related role or customer service position is preferred. Excellent observation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work overnight hours and remain alert and focused throughout the shift, while primarily seated. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, guests, and team members. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation. Familiarity with surveillance systems and access control technologies is a plus. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
