This role is pivotal in creating a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly upon arrival and manage check-ins with professionalism and efficiency. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized booking system to minimize wait times. Provide detailed information about our services, including consultations, treatments, and new offerings like high-frequency and red-light therapy. Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on customer satisfaction. Assist with retail product sales by recommending the best products tailored to client needs. Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining client records and handling payments. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and reflective of our brand values. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease. Address client concerns or complaints professionally, offering solutions and escalating when necessary.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a salon, spa, or wellness environment. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. Passion for holistic beauty and wellness is a plus. Core Values at
