Responsible for keeping track of all premium (gifts) incentives offered to customers who attend the tour. Must work well with resort staff, assist guests with different venues in the local areas and communicate with the resort about the guest reservations. Essential Job Responsibilities Greets customers and their families. Ensures customers are comfortable. Assures customers are properly checked in at the Welcome Desk. Ensures guest complaints are handled in a timely manner. Ensures customers are qualified prior to arriving at the Welcome Desk. Reconciles customer sales lists to the Welcome Desk lists. Communicates daily report to Marketing Director & Managers. Prepares daily bank sheet and deposits. Assists owners before their scheduled tour by answering any questions they may have regarding the resort or the surrounding area. Directs owners as to where to purchase attraction ticket. Assists owners with restaurants, shopping or medical needs. Inputs bookings/tours for all In-House customers, orders entry of tours and enters nonqualified guest tours. Assists, on occasion, at other local resort locations. Position Requirements Equitable work experience with a HS Diploma or equivalent considered. Previous customer service experience. Must be motivated, outgoing, friendly, tactful and well organized. Must be able to demonstrate prompt, reliable and motivational demeanor at all times. Professional appearance and attitude must be maintained. Knowledge in computer software is required such as Microsoft®, Excel® and Word® and general computer applications. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Ability to work at multiple designated local locations on a weekly basis. Ability to travel on an infrequent or occasional basis, as business needs demand. Previous timeshare customer service experience preferred.
