Job Summary:
We’re seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to manage and grow a fleet of vehicles listed on Turo , the peer-to-peer car-sharing platform. As a Turo Host , you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, maintaining vehicle condition, handling logistics, and helping scale a profitable sharing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone entrepreneurial-minded with strong customer service skills and a passion for cars and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
List and manage vehicles on the Turo platform Communicate with guests before, during, and after trips Coordinate and perform vehicle check-ins/check-outs (remotely or in person) Ensure vehicles are cleaned, fueled, and well-maintained Monitor booking schedules and optimize availability Track mileage, damage, and maintenance needs Manage insurance claims or guest issues if they arise Provide 5-star service to boost reviews and repeat bookings
