Receptionist Job Overview:
We are a yoga, mat pilates and qigong studio seeking a professional and organized receptionist to join our team for the early morning shifts. The hours are from 6:30 am to 12:30 pm here at the yoga studio. The front desk receptionist will be the first point of contact for our yoga studio, providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and assisting clients over the phone
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Check clients in for classes
- Handle retail sales for yoga classes and retail store
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle point of sale system
- Experience with phone systems and handling multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of yoga, health-related topics
- Familiarity with front desk operations
