Concierge 2.1 2.1 out of 5 stars Charlotte Harbor, FL Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor is currently searching for Concierge Staff! As Concierge, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. You will be the resort expert for all resort amenities/events and be knowledgeable of all local excursions/activities. All duties are performed in accordance with department and Sunseeker Resorts policies, practices and procedures. Job Duties Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Responds to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, directions to local attractions, or meeting rooms, car rentals, etc. according to individual needs. Professionally and expeditiously process all guest requests (phone, face to face, text, email, or fax) Respond and assist with guest conflict resolutions in a timely manner and anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve any potential challenges. As a brand ambassador, representatives must be able to effectively build relationships and professionally represent themselves with vendors and guests. Commitment to ongoing knowledge development of citywide offerings as well as establishing a professional network within the hospitality community. Representatives are expected stay up to date and knowledgeable on other departments/entities policies and procedures. May check in/out hotel guests. Understand HotSos and how to complete Work Order requests for Engineering. Promptly issue Work Orders once a guest reports a maintenance need. Understand ALICE concierge system Perform other duties as assigned by leadership Minimum Requirements Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum (1) year experience in customer service or guest service role. Advance knowledgeable/expertise in local attractions, amenities, and events. Experience with Forbes Star, AAA, and Four Diamond standard a plus. Other Minimum Requirements Maintain a professional neat and well-groomed appearance complying with Sunseeker standards Previous experience or knowledge of Hotel Systems. (Alice, Maestros, HOTSOS) Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent customer service skills Ability to function well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines. Must possess mature personal discretion and sound judgment. Work independently and with guests, utilizing sound judgment, superior problem solving and decision-making skills.
