ABOUT THE ROLE

The Admissions Concierge (CNA) is responsible for coordinating the resident admissions process to ensure a smooth, informative, and customer-focused experience for residents and their families. This role also plans, directs, and manages admissions and marketing efforts, ensuring all required paperwork is completed prior to admission.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a

Concierge CNA:

Assists residents with clinical and non-clinical needs to enhance comfort and quality of life/care. Assists with logistical care needs. Answers call lights promptly. Changes bed linens, makes beds, and keeps rooms clean and orderly. Assist in scheduling appointments, transport services, and coordinating family visits to meet resident needs. Work collaboratively with different departments (e.g., nursing, dietary, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure all resident requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. Receives all persons who enter the Community in a courteous manner, informs, guides, directs or otherwise assists residents, visitors, staff or vendors tactfully and congenially to present the best possible image of the Community. Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: CNA license in the state of Florida High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Full-Time Salary:
