Growth opportunities Wellness programs On-the-job training Safe work environment Job Description The following duties and responsibilities are a sample of potential job tasks, but are not necessarily a complete list of all possible job-related activities. Accent Outdoor o Perform pressure cleaning, lanai cleaning (screens, furniture, etc), window squeegeeing, grill cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and other residential cleaning services as needed for clients. Supplies, equipment and training will be provided. Spectrum Concierge o Perform measures necessary to the wellbeing of the homes of Spectrum Concierge clients o Assist in lifting and moving furniture and other items as requested o Assist in setting up storm protection such as shutters, screens, and other devices as appropriate and/or requested by the homeowner’s. o Provide “concierge style” services to our clients, per the Spectrum Concierge service agreement, relating to their home and lifestyle here in Southwest Florida o Provide maintenance and repair services as licensed and necessary for clients of Spectrum Concierge o Perform home inspections at the residences monitored by Spectrum Concierge, according to the checklist provided o Meet and coordinate with service vendors to ensure client’s homes are functioning properly. o Upon request, retrieve, sort and forward mail to clients o Assist in all other duties pertaining to the services provided by Spectrum Concierge, for its clientele, as necessary. Other o Conduct equipment maintenance, and supplies inventorying processes for both Accent, Accent Outdoor and Spectrum Concierge, as scheduled/requested. o Record notes and findings in field service software o Take pictures and videos of pertinent situations o Act as a thorough and pro-active communicator with Accent Cleaning Services and the Spectrum Concierge team, as well as our customers, using e-mails, texts and phone-calls as appropriate. o Act in a professional and courteous manner as a representative of and on behalf of Spectrum Concierge at all times Accent Cleaning Services o Assist in any cleaning needs relative to the Accent Cleaning Services schedule. This may include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and any other room of the home. Accent Cleaning Services will provide a work vehicle and all supplies and equipment. o Help Cleaning Professionals to move heavier furniture pieces in an effort to clean under and behind them. o Use up to a 10ft ladder to clean/dust high ledges and ceiling fans o Use a blower, steam cleaner, floor scrubber, and other equipment as needed Qualifications Education – Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent certification Preference for bilingual (English and Spanish) although not required Must be able to utilize a computer and tablet, and have general knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Must have no prior criminal background Must have a valid driver’s license Must be able to work outside in temperatures up to 100 degrees Working conditions Working conditions may include working on weekends and holidays should emergencies arise. The employee may encounter and work in the presence of challenging clients. The employee will work both outdoors and indoors. Physical requirements The job of Home Service manager is subject to the physical demands of standing for extended periods of time, walking for a significant portion of the day, climbing ladders as tall as 10 ft, working in an outdoor environment with temperatures as high as 100 degrees, and lifting objects up to and often in excess of 50 pounds. Any concerns regarding areas mentioned here should be discussed in advance of accepting the position.
