Location:

This position is fully remote but you must live in Florida near a branch office. Your Role as an

Intake Specialist:

Serve as the first step in the patient care process by managing incoming referrals and ensuring all required documents and orders are complete. Process referrals with precision, handling a high volume of documents efficiently. Collaborate regularly with the operations team and sales department to ensure seamless coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing new patient intakes. Conducting eligibility and benefit checks. Navigating EMR systems and other acceptance portals. Communicating with sales, operations, and referral sources. Managing and reconciling insurance changes on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency. Detail-oriented and capable of performing repetitive tasks efficiently. Experience with medical intake processes (preferred). Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and insurance portals (preferred) Why Choose Concierge Home Care?
