Job Description
Description The Customer Concierge Specialist will be responsible for working alongside Circulogene Sales Representatives to engage Clients. Duties will include answering phone calls or emails from Clients to answer questions, scheduling Client phlebotomy requests for patients, participating in meetings with Client Services Team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about Circulogene product offerings and services. Additional responsibilities will focus on ensuring Clients are satisfied with Circulogene, keeping Clients up to date on latest advancements in Circulogene offerings, and troubleshooting common issues that arise, among other things improvements.
Education/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or higher
