Spring Hill, TN As our new Aesthetic Assistant, you will play a key role insupporting our providers in delivering exceptional injectable,skincare, and laser treatments to clients. Your responsibilitieswill include, but are not limited to, preparing and maintainingtreatment rooms to the highest standards, cleaning and sterilizingequipment to ensure safety and hygiene, and providing attentivesupport to clients throughout their treatment experience.

Responsibilities Prepare Treatment Rooms:

Ensure treatment rooms are clean,organized, and fully stocked before each client appointment.

Prepare Patients:

Room, numb, and help patients start paperworkahead of treatment.

Clean and Sterilize Equipment:

Maintain the highest standards ofhygiene by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing all tools, linens,and equipment after use.

Assist Providers During Treatments:

Provide hands-on support toensure seamless and efficient treatment sessions.

Support Clients During Treatments:

Offer a comforting presence andassistance to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring apositive experience.

Maintain Inventory:

Monitor and replenish skincare products,supplies, and other materials to ensure uninterruptedoperations.

Answer Client Questions:

Provide accurate and helpful informationto clients regarding skincare treatments, procedures, and post-careguidelines (within position scope). Assist with

Administrative Tasks:

Handle scheduling appointments,answering phones, and processing payments to support smoothfront-office operations.

Experience:

Experience in customer service type environment required Previous experience in a spa or salon setting preferred Ability to work full time hours including evening up to 7pm. Noweekends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Dedication to high quality patient care Detail oriented, reliable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced,high-volume work environment.
