QUALIFICATIONS
Prior customer service and/or sales experience Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs, and performing duties in a competent, efficient and professional manner Salon or other reception/administrative experience a plus Must be a self-starter and be responsible
RESPONSIBILITIES
Determine type of appointment needed, determine appointment availability and schedule appointments Prioritize guest’s need and offer solutions when appropriate Utilize superior customer service skills Use tact and diplomacy in handling difficult interactions with members Possess basic knowledge of all services and products to assist guests Actively promote salon programs and promotions Provide a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who comes in Offer beverages Follow Salon checklists As Tampa’s best AVEDA Salon, this is a cheerful approach to guest care that combines a high-fashion, high-style aesthetic with pure, relaxing, transformative products and rituals.
