Key Responsibilities:
Lease Renewals:

Prepare and send timely lease renewal offers to residents.

Resident Engagement:

Track and manage resident follow-ups using a centralized dashboard to ensure timely communication.

Negotiation:

Conduct renewal negotiations within revenue guidelines while fostering positive resident relationships.

Retention Strategies:

Collaborate with onsite teams to address resident concerns and proactively develop solutions to improve retention.

Extended Lease Timeline Management:

Engage with residents throughout their lease term rather than limiting interactions to the traditional 90-day renewal window.

Resident Feedback Analysis:

Monitor and assess resident survey responses to identify improvement areas and personalize interactions.

Upselling & Value-Added Services:

Promote rentable items and community amenities to enhance the resident experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in property management, leasing, or customer service.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to enhance resident retention.
Proficiency in property management software and CRM dashboards.
