Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries via text or social media Schedule appointments and manage the booking system Upsell service add-ons, upgrades, memberships, and packages Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into scheduled services Represent the business at local events and pop-ups Build relationships in the community and help promote the brand Create and post engaging content on social media Ensure a clean, welcoming front desk and guest area

Compensation:
