In this role, you will be responsible for providing first class service to residents and guests. You will be responsible for greeting prospective residents, current residents, guests and vendors in a warm and appropriate manner, welcoming them to our community and assisting them with their needs. The Concierge will answer the telephone, assist residents and staff with requests, keep the entrance, lobby and concierge area clean and tidy. Duties Provide exceptional customer service Demonstrate professional communication with all Demonstrate exceptional telephone skills. Receive marketing calls and walk-in’s in a friendly and warm manner. Be able to effectively, efficiently perform tasks assigned and prioritize appropriately. Be able to multi-task effectively and efficiently. Assist in assigned tasks, as needed. Experience Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with front desk operations is advantageous.
