Starting at $19-$20/hour, depending on experience

Position Overview We are seeking a versatile and organized Office Assistant / Concierge to support the day-to-day operations of our management office while providing concierge coverage when needed. This hybrid role offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their daily tasks and thrives in both administrative and customer service roles. Primary Responsibilities Office Administration Provide general administrative support to the General Manager and office staff Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, document prep, and project tracking Help manage resident communications, including email correspondence and notice distribution Maintain digital and paper files in an organized and accessible manner Assist with scheduling appointments, vendor coordination, and tracking service requests Support special projects and seasonal initiatives as assigned Concierge Coverage (As Needed) Greet residents and guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming front desk presence Monitor building access and follow guest/vendor entry protocols Assist with package handling, amenity reservations, and general resident inquiries Document shift activity, resident requests, and incidents in daily logs Coordinate with security, valet, housekeeping, and maintenance as needed Qualifications Prior experience in office administration, hospitality, or customer service preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management software is a plus Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to maintain discretion Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Reporting Structure Reports to:
