Position Overview As a Pet Concierge , you will play a pivotal role in curating an exceptional experience for our guests as they seek, meet, and fall in love with the puppy or kitten they have always wanted. You will be an ambassador of the Petland brand and our commitment to ensuring that each customer feels valued, understood, and supported throughout their journey of finding a new pet. This position requires a high level of service-orientation, professionalism, relationship-building skills, and the ability to tailor a personalized experience to each guest and customer. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect pet based on their lifestyle, preferences, and household dynamics.
• Educate & Inform
• Provide thorough knowledge on pet care, breed characteristics, nutrition, and proper training to ensure a meaningful relationship and successful transition to home.
• Upscale Sales & Consultation
• Guide customers in selecting premium pet products, accessories, and services that enhance their life together and their pet’s wellbeing.
• Follow-Up & Customer Retention
• Maintain relationships with customers post-purchase through follow-ups and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain Store Presentation
• Ensure the sales floor, pet enclosures, and product displays reflect a high-quality shopping experience.
• Work as a Team
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and professional work environment while achieving sales and customer service goals. What We’re Looking For
