Front Desk Agent, Downtown Miami 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33137 Schedule (40 hours weekly) Wednesday-Sunday 4PM-12AM Minimum 4 years of Front Desk or Security experience, in a condo/HOA/retail/hotel setting required: City Watch Protective Services is seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent, at one of the most prestigious luxury condominiums in Southeast Florida. We are seeking an ideal candidate who can maintain our reputable brand of exceptional service, by providing bespoke luxury service, while enforcing the rules & regulations of the property. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in the security, hospitality, and/or residential services field, and is comfortable communicating and developing rapport with residents, guests, and the team. The following are skills required for the position – the ability to follow strict professional service standards, understanding the value of teamwork and communication, and the ability to establish a genuine interest with residents, as well as provide anticipatory service. Must be willing to undergo background check and drug screening exam Role and Responsibilities Schedule flexibility is a must. Providing Safety and Security to the property, with a positive attitude and willingness to help Upholding client satisfaction by carrying the ability to problem solve, as well as uphold quality Perform property tours and detailed report writing in a consistent manner, and uphold strong communication levels with City Watch management and on-site property management. Respond to any emergency situations at site and have the flexibility to cover for disaster situations Collaborate in a positive work environment Maintain property quality, including reporting maintenance concerns, assisting with packages, and provide bespoke residential services at the Front Desk Perform proper shift pass-ons to next shift Qualifications Professional, articulate, and able to use discretion with empowerment Strong communication skills Responsible, and dependable Team player and ability to uphold our Customer First principles Ability to prioritize and respond swiftly to operational needs Education required High School Diploma or equivalent Experience required Prior 4 years of Security or Concierge experience required Hospitality and Residential Services experience preferred
