MMS Group is on the hunt for someone like YOU! Our Concierge staff provides exceptional customer service to residents, guests, prospects, vendors, and contractors. MMS Group is seeking an experienced On-Call Concierge for a residential 210- unit residential property located in Miami Beach , FL.

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting:

Pleasantly acknowledge anyone entering the building, including residents, prospective residents, and residents’ guests.

Notification:

Notify residents of any visitors.

Professionalism:

Must maintain a strong professional presence and be well-spoken and articulate in interactions with residents and their guests

Security:

Maintain proper access and security of the building for residents, employees, and guests, including monitoring of security camera feeds and entranceways

Monitoring:

Utilize strong observational and diagnostic skills to proactively recognize and escalate possible security or building issues to the resident manager in a timely manner

Screening:

Properly screen all visitors to the building

Additional Duties:

Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.

Requirements:
Experience:

experience as a concierge in residential buildings preferred, or experience in the hospitality industry

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
