Responsibilities Include but are not limited to : Greet and assist customers in the showroom Explain and demonstrate BMW features, functions, and technology Support vehicle test drives and customer deliveries Conduct follow-up “Encore” appointments to ensure satisfaction Perform lease-end inspections and vehicle transfers Use iPads and CRM tools to manage appointments and client interactions Stay up to date with the latest BMW training and certifications Maintain showroom vehicle presentation standards Requirements Included but are not limited to : Enthusiastic about the BMW brand and new automotive technology Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about helping others Able to communicate clearly and explain complex features in simple terms Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working with technology and digital tools High school diploma or GED required 1+ year experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed Willing to complete BMW-provided training modules
