The Role:
We are looking for a Clinic Concierge / Technician to join our growing team, supporting our clinics both on Fisher Island and Miami Beach! As Clinic Concierge / Technician at Fisher Island you will play a key role in managing our practice and ensuring outstanding customer experience for our members. You will work hand in hand with our veterinarians to deliver exceptional patient care, with your compassion, knowledge and positive energy shining through as you work with pet owners. You are organized, efficient and have an affinity for practice administration. While working at Miami Beach, you will join as a member of our core technician team at our Flagship location. You will support the doctors in a normal technician role to assist in providing the high standard of care we promise to our pet parents. Our Fisher Island clinic is special: Royal Vet Fisher Island provides exclusive access for residents and members of Fisher Island through its concierge annual program. Members benefit by having access to a state-of-the-art veterinary clinic, located directly on Fisher Island, offering more convenient health care, at an unparalleled level of service. Concierge members will receive a tailored, comprehensive wellness plan developed by Dr. Brooke Owens, Royal Vet’s Chief Medical Officer, delivering in-depth knowledge and one-to-one support all year long regardless of where “home base” is. Concierge members will have the option to schedule visits at the clinic, from the comfort of their home, or a telehealth visit during their travels.
Key responsibilities:

Practice administration:
Greet pet parents, handle inbound phone calls and take ownership of addressing customer requests Schedule appointments, coordinate follow ups and send reminders Manage check-out process, including finalizing paperwork, taking/recording of payment, scheduling follow-up appointments, and coordinating next steps (e.g., prescriptions) Manage inventory levels and resources needed for optimal clinic operations 2. Concierge service, client support & education Delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring client escalations are addressed personally and promptly Educating clients, responding to their questions and requests, and performing any follow up activities to support them (e.g., calls, reports) Collaborating with the broader team (e.g., reception, assistants) to provide exceptional service Providing guidance, education and support on key areas (e.g., nutrition, medication, wellness, etc.) 3. Patient care Supporting veterinarians during consultations Performing blood work and other diagnostics Administering medication Preparing and performing procedures Leading admission and discharge Your Qualifications Graduate of accredited Animal Health Technology program 5+ years experience as a veterinary technician (experience in an administrative role a plus) Exceptional customer service capabilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive and takes initiative without being asked Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written) Positive and welcoming attitude What’s in it for you?
