Concierge Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Concierge High Rise Luxury Condominum 888 Brickell Key Drive, Miami, FL 33131 Meets and greets residents and visitors, answers phone calls and directs them to the proper person. Signs in guests with internal computer system. Communicates to Manager any incidents that may occurred. Ensures that when unit keys are given out that they are returned. Calls residents to advise them that they a package waiting for them. Monitor all entrances, building cameras and fire alarm. Make announcements over loud speaker when necessary. Reservations of amenities, ensures indemnification forms are approved and filed properly. Coordination of Valet and Security requests. Calls elevator vendor if there are problems with the elevators. Handles Taxi/Uber requests from residents. Makes copies or sends faxes for residents. Calls residents to advise them when pest control is coming to their unit.
