The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami, located at 3300 SW 27th Ave,Miami, FL, 33133 currently has the following opportunity: Concierge-Lobby (150000A6): Respond to guest requests for specialarrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, drycleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriateproviders. Respond to special requests from guests with uniqueneeds and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Gather, summarize, andprovide information to guests about the property and thesurrounding area amenities, including special events andactivities. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages,requests, questions, or concerns. Contact appropriate individual ordepartment (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) as necessary to resolveguest call, request, or problem. Review shift logs/daily memo booksand document pertinent information in logbooks. Monitor club loungefor seating availability, service, safety, and well-being ofguests. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions tomanager; and complete safety training and certifications. Followall company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personalappearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality ofproprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome andacknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipateand address guests’ service needs, assist individuals withdisabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speakwith others using clear and professional language, prepare andreview written documents accurately and completely, and answertelephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintainpositive working relationships with others, support team to reachcommon goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concernsof other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations andstandards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time orfor an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and placeobjects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds. Perform otherreasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
