We are looking for a committed and professional Concierge Agent to provide personalized assistance to our European clients during their stay in Miami. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience from arrival to departure.
Main Responsibilities:
Greeting and escorting clients from the airport to the hotel. Assisting and accompanying clients from the hotel to clinics and any scheduled medical or sightseeing visits. Providing personalized support and attention to ensure client comfort and satisfaction at all times. Coordinating and facilitating logistics related to transfers and medical appointments.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish and preferably another European language (German, French, Italian, etc.). Experience in customer service or escorting roles. Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor. Availability to work flexible hours based on flight arrivals and medical appointments.
