As Destination Concierge, you will be working alongside amulticultural, world-class team. You will be responsible forpromoting, marketing and selling high end premium tours to highvalued guests onboard the vessel. This is a part of the ShoreExcursion Operations, One of the top three revenue centers onboard.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to travel the worldwhile working for a top global employer of choice. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Manages the Destination Concierge desk operation, creating aseamless premium tour experience for high valued guests Managingguest inquiries which require attention, interacting with guestsregularly and visiting staterooms
• Works with Tour Operators to create high end ad hoc tours forpremium guests
• Escorts Premium guests on tours and ensures seamless delivery
• Promotes and sells premium tours onboard to optimize revenue
• Ensures the effective planning, marketing, and selling of allrevenue opportunities
• Demonstrates the ability to manage the quality control of thetour program
• Demonstrates the ability to maintain an inventory of availabletours on a cruise-by-cruise basis.
