Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities. As the Front Desk Concierge Officer, you will monitor the CCTV system, dispatch the Rover to all suspicious persons or activity that you observe, monitor the parking lot and the gates for activity, use the elevator ims, record any parking validations and permitted exits on the proper computer forms, greet all persons (tenants, guests, visitors, patients, staff and vendors) crossing the Lobby with a smile. Respond to all fire panel troubles and/or alarms and dispatch the Rover to the area. Answer the telephone within two rings. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Welcome employees, visitors, and guests to campus.
Effectively utilize the Visitor Management System (VMS) to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Provides excellent customer service, actively engaging with everyone.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

•A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
High school diploma, GED, or 5 years of verifiable experience
Possess and maintain an appropriate state-required security certification (“Guard Card”) or be able to obtain one upon employment.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a corporate office setting
Work history must include demonstration of:
Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
Ability to work effectively under high stress situations.
Diligence and ability to prioritize and multitask.
