Your role combines elements of exceptional customer service with security responsibilities to ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-quality living environment.
Key Responsibilities Concierge Duties:
Customer Service:
Greet residents and guests warmly, providing a high level of hospitality.
Information Assistance:
Respond to inquiries regarding building amenities, local attractions, and services.
Package Management:
Receive, log, and distribute mail and packages promptly and securely.
Event Coordination:
Assist in scheduling building events or reserving shared spaces for residents.
Vendor Liaison:
Coordinate and monitor service providers such as housekeeping, maintenance, or deliveries.
Resident Requests:
Address and resolve resident concerns or escalate issues to management when necessary.
Security Duties:
Access Control:
Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
Surveillance:
Regularly review CCTV footage and conduct patrols to maintain a secure environment.
Incident Reporting:
Document and report any safety or security incidents to property management.
Emergency Response:
Act as a first responder in emergencies, such as fire alarms or medical incidents, following established protocols.
Policy Enforcement:
Uphold condominium rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by residents and guests.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in concierge or security roles, preferably in a luxury residential or hospitality setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations. Basic computer skills for logging information and using management software. Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to emergencies. Key Attributes Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor. Discreet and trustworthy with a focus on resident privacy and security. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Conflict resolution skills and the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
